Refund policy
I do not offer returns, or exchanges.
If their is a error with your order, you will have 10 DAYS FROM DELIVERY TO CONTACT Us with your order number and details about the product if there is a problem. We will respond quickly with instructions. I will no longer be able to help after 10 days. You could be offered a replacement, a credit, or a refund if their is a item missing. The choice will be up to Woodes Goodies on what is offered to you
If you are trying to use a coupon code and it is not working then please email me before you check out. I can not add the code after you check out.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged you must contact us within 10 business days. Please save the damaged items and the original packaging. (You will have to file the usps claim and show the damage to your local post office in order for money to be refunded to you from usps.) These must be available in order for you to file a claim with USPS. If these are disposed prior to the settlement of the claim with USPS, they will not refund you.
*I'm not responsible If the USPS loses your Package, you will need to contact the Postal Service directly.
*****Update! If you choose Route insurance at checkout Please contact route.com, if items are lost, stolen, or damaged. If you Choose to opt out of Route insurance then Woode's Goodies is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen products!!!
** If for any reason you need a refund before your order is shipped their will be a 5% fee from the order total.
** I greatly apologize but I can NOT add products to your order once you purchase. You will need to make a separate purchase. Also please see shipping rules for this too.
